I've been enjoying the Complete minerals in powder form for years and decided to try in capsule form for traveling convenience. It's a great product and I highly recommend. I take in the evening to repair and rebuild my body but you could take in the morning as well. The Complements Minerals is a great supplement and for me supports my overall health. Keeps my skin blemish free and I believe it has boosted my eye sight and or stabilized my vision.
